JAMMU, May 8: Justice Tashi Rabstan today disposed of the petition filed by the former SSP Manohar Singh with the direction to the Home Department to consider the communication of DGP for reinstatement of petitioner.
After hearing Advocate Sudershan Sharma appearing for the petitioner, High Court further directed Home Department to pass consideration order strictly under rules within a period of four weeks.
