JAMMU, June 30: In a petition filed by Shakil Ahmed and others challenging diversion of ReT posts from Bufliaz Zone to Mendhar Zone, High Court today issued direction to the Chief Education Officer, Poonch.
After hearing Advocate ZA Mughal appearing for the petitioners, Justice Virender Singh disposed of the petition with a direction to CEO Poonch to initiate process for filling up the present available posts of ReT for Bufliaz Zone for which even recommendations have been made by Village Level Education Committee Bufliaz.
“This exercise shall be carried out within two month”, the High Court directed.
