JAMMU, Feb 27: Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir has ordered that selection of five ReT Teachers shall remain in abeyance.
The order was passed in a petition filed by Mohammad Tashif challenging the selection of five ReT Teachers.
Advocate M R Qureshi appearing for the petitioner submitted that selection of five ReTs has been made in contravention to the Government order where under it has been clarified that the selection would be considered of meritorious candidates belonging to the said areas and the petitioner despite being meritorious has been ignored.
After hearing Advocate Qureshi, Justice Mohd Yaqoob Mir issued notice to respondents returnable within four weeks. “In the meanwhile selection of five private respondents shall remain in abeyance”, High Court ordered.
