HC reschedules Eid-ul-Azha holiday

JAMMU, May 19: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has revised its calendar in view of Eid-ul-Azha, declaring May 28, 2026 as a holiday.
As per order issued by the office of the Registrar General, in lieu of this holiday, September 19, 2026 has been declared as a working day for the High Court.
In a subsequent order, the Registrar General clarified that May 26, 2026, which was earlier shown as a holiday on account of Eid-ul-Azha, shall now be treated as a “non-sitting day” for the High Court.
