JAMMU, Jan 3: High Court today dropped inquiry proceedings against R K Abrol, the then Chief Judicial Magistrate Poonch and ordered his reinstatement forthwith.
According to the order issued by Suresh Kumar Sharma, Registrar General of High Court, consequent upon the acceptance of the report of the inquiry by the Full Court, the inquiry proceedings against R K Abrol, the then CJM Poonch (at present under suspension) have been dropped and officer has been reinstated forthwith.
The suspension period of the officer will be treated as period spent on duty, the order said.
