HC orders transfer of all service matters to CAT

SRINAGAR, June 26: For transferring all the service cases pertaining to the employees of J&K UT pending before the High Court wing of Srinagar to Central Administrative Tribunal, the High Court today nominated its officials.
As the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) is presently holding its sitting at Jammu to deal with the matters pertaining to the employees of the J&K and Ladakh UTs under the Administrative Tribunals Act, the High Court today issued an order for transmitting the pending cases of all the employees of J&K and Ladakh UTs to CAT bench at Jammu.
In this connection Registrar Judicial Masarat Shaheen has appointed 8 officials of High Court and directed them to facilitate the process by providing assistance in transmitting the requisite records of services related to the employees of Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh to CAT bench at Jammu.
These officials include Azad Ahmad Wani (Registrar), Syed Tasaduq Qadri (Additional Registrar), Sarveeda Nissar (Secretary), Nuzhat Parveen (Secretary), Qazi Amjad (Secretary), Nisha Saraf (Incharge Deputy Registrar), Bashir Ahmad Ved (Deputy Registrar) and Syed Shamim (Estates Officer).
The Registrar Judicial of the High Court said that in order to ensure onward transmission of all the service related matters pertaining to the employees of UTs of J&K and Ladakh which are pending disposal before Srinagar wing to the CAT these officials are directed to facilitate the process by providing in transmitting the requisite records to the concerned Tribunal.
