JAMMU, June 26: Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul has granted last opportunity to ASGI for filing response regarding need for a legislative framework to address issues of safety, care, health and violence against healthcare professionals.
While hearing a PIL on COVID-19, the DB granted two weeks time to ASGI TM Shamsi and made it clear that this is a last opportunity and no further time will be granted.
