JAMMU, July 9: High Court today ordered status quo on the show cause notice issued by Higher Education Department to Prof Nutan Kumar Resutra, the then Principal GDC Rajouri, seeking to reduce his rank and recovery of Rs 1.37 lakh from his pay for causing pecuniary loss to Government exchequer.
After hearing Senior Advocate BS Salathia with Advocate Meenakshi Salathia for Prof Resutra, Justice B S Walia issued directions for filing supplementary affidavit before next date of hearing. He ordered status quo on show cause notice till next date.
