Srinagar, July 22: High Court today issued notices to the Government after it admitted a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking stopping of construction of a bridge over river Jhelum near Rajbagh in Srinagar.
The PIL titled Aftab Hilali Versus State has been filed by Advocate Zaffar Shah.
The Court issued notices to Chief Secretary, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, SMC, SDA and JKPCC to file its response within four weeks.
