JAMMU, May 2: Giving relief to an aggrieved migrant youth who was to be appointed under the PM’s employment package, the State High Court has asked the Government to consider Rubby Kumari daughter of Lamboodar Nath Pandita for the post of teacher as advertised vide advertisement Notice No 06 of 2010.
In its interim order Justice Mohammed Yaqoob Mir, Judge of J&K High Court in a writ petition filed by Rubby Kumari daughter of Lamboodar Nath Pandita through advocate Shashi Koul versus State of J&K through Commissioner Secretary Education Department, Chairman J&K Service Selection Board and others while disposing the CMA has issued directions to the respondents that the petitioner be considered for the post of teacher in the background of her claim to have secured more points than the last candidate selected in the open merit category and or of the candidates who figure in the wait list.
The Court also issued directives to the respondents that the result of consideration shall be conveyed to the petitioner within two weeks.
