JAMMU, Mar 3: A Full Court reference held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice MM Kumar to condole the sad demise of Advocate Bhupinder Singh Jamwal.
In the Full Court reference, State was represented by Senior Additional Advocate General Gagan Basotra whereas Bar Association Jammu was represented by its President Senior Advocate M K Bhardwaj.
Chief Justice expressed heartfelt condolence and sympathies with the members of the family and said that Advocate Bhupinder Singh Jamwal was a kind personality and a gentleman par excellence.
Meanwhile, J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu suspended the work to condole the sad demise of Bhupinder Singh Jamwal, who left for his heavenly abode on March 1, 2014.
The Bar members remembered him as not only a thorough gentleman of exception calibre, conviction, compassion but also as a Professor who taught in faculty of Law in Jammu University. Members prayed to the Almighty to bestow peace on the departed soul and to give courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
