JAMMU, Aug 26: High Court has assigned additional charge of Fast Track Court Kupwara to the court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Kupwara till further orders.
The additional charge has been assigned in view of the retirement on superannuation of Javed Ahmad Geelani, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court Kupwara. Further, the Principal District and Sessions Judge Kupwara will continuously hold the additional charge of the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Handwara, read an order issued by Registrar General Sanjeev Gupta.
