JAMMU, Apr 18: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has announced the Annual Darbar Move for the Summer Season, ordering that its main wing at Jammu shall close on April 30 after office hours and reopen at Srinagar on May 4 in the forenoon.
The order also applies to the office of the Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice, Registrar Vigilance, Director J&K Judicial Academy, Registrar Rules, Registrar Computer (IT) and the Central Project Coordinator (CPC) e-Courts.
As per the order, Special Move TA at a uniform rate of Rs 25,000 per move employee has been sanctioned. However, the benefit will not be available to employees who do not move before or within the prescribed date.
