JAMMU, May 23: Sri Hari Prabhu Sanstha, Gujroo (Nagrota), tehsil Ramkot, granted a financial help of Rs 25000 for medical treatment of Lalit Kumar, whose open heart surgery was performed at JK Medicity Jammu.
Sanstha, as per its mission to help the poor and needy, handed over the cheque of Rs 25000 as financial help and also assured to help him further in his treatment by way of costly medicines required for the treatment.
The cheque was presented to the son of the patient, Lalit Kumar, by ID Soni, chief patron of the Sanstha in the presence of other Sanstha members.
The patient is a poor person working as a tailor master and could not afford huge expenses for such surgery. He hails from village Gholdi, tehsil Ramnagar. His son Ashutosh Sharma approached the Sanstha for financial help.
