JAMMU, Nov 4: Accusing hardcore religionists of fomenting communal trouble all over the globe and creating enmity among the masses for their vested interests and dividing them, Sadguru Osho Shailandra Ji, the younger brother of Osho Siddhartha Ji said he is totally against the hardcore religionists.
Talking to reporters at the sidelights of one day programme of his organization at Eden Gardens, Shakti Nagar near here today, he said “I salute” the producers of “Oh My God ” movie which has presented a real picture.
He said real service to any religion is to spread the message of love, peace, brotherhood and humanity. “Let us forget about the existence of God and work for betterment of humanity as a whole and reform ourselves to be good human beings”, he added.
He said religion is being misused for personnel their benefits by the priests and clerks and to satisfy their personnel aggrandizement they mislead the people. “I have seen atheists are more good than those who believe in religion”, he added.
On recent crusade launched to weed out corruption from the country and a hue and cry created about it, he said corruption is an old problem and there is noting new in it. The only thing is that earlier people were not aware about the same as there was no such a forceful means of communication as at present, he added.
Today media unmasked the corruption by publishing stories while no one could earlier highlight the same as there was no such powerful media, he said, adding this was the main reason that the people did not know much about the corruption in past.
Terming the philosophy of Osho only the real way of life and refraining to comment on the theory propagated by other religious Gurus, he said there are many treatments for an ailing person such as Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Unani and Homeopathic systems of medicine but it is up to the patient to decide which treatment he will take.
Osho Sadguru said that soul of every religion is good and he is not opposed to religiousness. “In Osho we don’t teach prarthana (prayers) but we teach deep meditation”, he added.
He said during the Mahajeevan Pragya a three day Varg of Osho the seekers are trained about meditation and self realization.
Earlier, Osho Sadguru highlighted the role of his organization which he said is working to remove the barriers between human beings propagate message of love brotherhood and humanity across the globe.
A large number of devotees attended the programme and paid their respects to Osho Guru. The programme was organsied by State coordinator of organization Osho Shivam.
