UDHAMPUR, Sept 9: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA), National Panthers Party (NPP) Balwant Singh Mankotia demanded that rescue and relief operation in the district should be handed over to Army as District Administration is inaccessible to handle the situation.
Addressing a press conference, Mankotia said that even after passing 6 days, no relief, ration, tents, blankets have been provided to affected area of Udhampur district and people of these areas are facing huge loss due to heavy rains and floods.
He alleged that district administration is responsible for Panchari tragedy.
