LOS ANGELES, June 13: Singer Halsey has scored her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as her latest effort, ‘Hopeless Fountain Kingdom’, debuted atop the list.
According to Nielsen Music, the 22-year-old pop star’s second studio album, which was released on June 2, earned 106,000 equivalent album units in the week ending June 9, reported Billboard.
‘Hopeless Fountain Kingdom’ follows Halsey’s first full- length album, ‘Badlands’, which debuted and peaked at No. 2 with 115,000 units.
Apart from that, Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN” is at No. 2 with 73,000 units. The Epic AF compilation with 49,000 units is at No. 3. (PTI)
