JAMMU, May 16: Senior Congress leader, Hira Lal Pandita has been appointed convener of JKPCC Kashmiri Migrant Cell and member of the JKPCC executive, while MLA Surankote, Ch Mohd Akram has been appo-inted as convener of JKPCC Scheduled Tribe Cell by the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee.
Mr Pandita has been asked to propose the constitution of the Cell to strengthen and expand the activities of the Party.
Mr Pandita, has the distinction of serving the Party as block president Youth Congress, district president Youth Congress, State secretary Youth Congress, besides general secretary Migrant Cell and secretary PCC.
