NEW DELHI, Sept 2: Muted conditions persisted at the wholesale market in the national capital today as prices by and large moved in a narrow range in scattered deals and settled around overnight levels.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also depicted a similar trend.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against restricted buying activity mainly kept gur prices unaltered.
Following are today’s rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 3,700-3,800, pedi Rs 3,900-4,000, dhayya Rs 4,000-4,100 and shakkar Rs 4,100-4,200.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,700-2,750, chakku Rs 3,200- 3,300, khurpa Rs N.Q. And Ladoo Rs 3,350-3,400.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 3,550-3,600 and dhayya Rs 3,600- 3,650. (PTI)
