JAMMU, Mar 24: The Government of India has extended deputation of Dheeraj Gupta, an IAS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre till June 30, 2014.
Mr Gupta has presently been posted as Joint Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
He is a 1993 batch IAS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre.
Earlier, he had served here as Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) besides holding some other assignments.
