JAMMU, May 18: MLA Jammu East constituency, Rajesh Gupta, today kick started developmental works in Gumat stairs.
The cost of the work undertaken amounts to Rs 8 lakhs which includes laying of tiles. The work was started in the presence of AEE JMC, Zuber, president, Gumat Bazar Association, Naresh Mahajan, and president, Gumat Stairs Association, Ashok.
Rajesh Gupta instructed the officials to complete the project in time while ensuring that people of the area don’t face any difficulty during the process of work. The MLA also insisted upon the JMC officials to keep in mind the quality of work and the speed of execution.
While speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Gupta said that in the days to come he would undertake all the necessary projects that would help in the overall development of the constituency.
