SRINAGAR, Sept 20: Speaker, Legislative Assembly Mubarak Gul today visited M.R.Gunj, Pathermasjid and Safakadal areas of Edigah constituency and took stock of the relief measures taken by the Government among flood affected people.
Speaker lauded the role of the people of Shehri Khas, particularly youth, for carrying rescue operation, extending support besides providing relief to the flood victims. He said need of the hour is to help affected families at this juncture and asked people to support Government agencies in relief and rehabilitation measures started in flood affected areas of the Valley.
