JAMMU, Aug 27: Shiv Sena (Bala Ji Sahib Thackery) today strongly criticized PDP-BJP Government for providing shelter to Gujjar- Bakerwal community which is encroaching State land in the outskirts of Jammu.
While addressing the media persons here today, State president of Shiv Sena, Dimpy Kohli and general secretary, Manish Sahni, said that it is very unfortunate that members belonging to Gujjar- Bakerwal community are establishing their colonies in the outskirts of Jammu illegally and are encroaching State land openly.
Sahni said this particular community has encroached thousands of kanals of State land in the outskirts and Government is doing nothing to save this land. He said that Government must take concrete steps to stop this practice to save the State land.
Others present on the occasion were Rakesh Gupta, Romesh Gupta, Raj Singh, Raju Salaria, Sanjeev and Vikas Patel.
