Gujarat TTA members evince keen interest in Navratra Festival

JAMMU: To woo maximum number of pilgrim tourists during the upcoming Navratra Festival,   J&K Tourism Department today held healthy interaction with the Local Tour and Travel Trade Association of South Gujarat.

The members of the Association were invited by the department to showcase Navratra festival and to woo maximum number of pilgrim tourists to the places of tourist attraction of the state.

The team apprised the Association members about the annual festival and places of attraction to which the pilgrims can visit to enjoy the splendid beauty of the state.

The team of tourism department comprised CEO  Billawar-Duggan Development Authority, Sudershan Sharma and Deputy Director Tourism department Kashmir Wasim Raja.

It is pertinent to mention here that Jammu and Kashmir Government bagged two awards at Tour and Travel Fair held recently at Surat Gujarat for Tosha Maidan as most promising new destination and  border tourism Suchetgarh Octroi Post for most innovative product.
