JAMMU: Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh on Monday said that so-called “Mahagathbandhan” (Grand Alliance) is in itself a confession of opposition defeat and is prompted by the defeatist realization of inability to face Narendra Modi in an electoral battle.
Addressing a meeting of BJP party workers in Lakdi village of Billawar in Kathua, Dr Singh said, the victory of BJP in Lok Sabha election is a foregone conclusion and the desperate attempts to bring together a conglomerate “Mahagathbandhan” by opposition parties, portrays their weakness and should be seen as a compliment for the BJP.
