JAMMU, Aug 23: J&K Grameen Bank donated water cooler to Government Higher Secondary School, Rehal, tehsil Bishnah.
R K Chhibber, Chairman, J&K Grameen Bank inaugurated the water cooler installed in the school and distributed mementos to the distinction holders of the school. He spoke at length about various schemes of the bank, particularly education loans. He also apprised the gathering that JKGB has lowest interest rates and people should take maximum benefit out of it.
School Principal, R P Sharma presented welcome address while Vipan Gupta, Sr Manager MF&FI Deptt J&K Grameen Bank, informed the participants about the Project Young Champions wherein the students can open their accounts. He also aware the masses regarding the benefits of social security schemes named (PMJJBY) Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, (PMSBY) Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana and (APY) Atal Pension Yojana.
