SRINAGAR, Sept 25: For submission of Pre, Post Matric Scholarship forms online, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan today directed all Deputy Commissioners of the Kashmir Division to install three internet kiosks with professional staff each in every DC offices of the valley so that students do no face any inconvenience.
He further asked them to aware the student community about the initiative through media in their respective districts.
