SRINAGAR, Sept 3: The UT Government has revoked the suspension of Senior Lecturer Zahoor Ahmad, who was suspended a day after he argued on Article 370 in Supreme Court.

As per the latest order, Zahoor Ahmad is directed to report his original place of posting for further duties.
Supreme Court on August 28 asked the country’s top law officer, the Attorney General (AG) R Venkataramani, to talk to Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, and find out the reasons for the suspension of Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, a teacher, for appearing in person before the apex court and arguing against the Abrogation of Article 370.
