JAMMU, Aug 29: The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department (SED) today issued a series of transfer and posting orders for Chief Education Officer (CEO) positions.
As per the order, Mukhtar Ahmed, who was serving as In-charge CEO Ramban, has been transferred and posted as CEO Poonch.
In addition, senior principals have been given temporary look-after assignments.
Mohammad Sultan Khan has been entrusted with the charge of CEO Ramban, while Irshad Ahmad Shah has been assigned temporary look-after charge of Principal DIET, Anantnag.
The department clarified that these assignments are purely temporary and subject to vigilance clearance as well as adherence to recruitment rules, and will not confer any preferential claim for regular promotion.
