JAMMU, July 29: The Government today ordered inquiry against the retired R&B Chief Engineer Sat Paul Manhas, retired Executive Engineer Suman Bhaskar Mansotra and the then Executive Engineer, R&B, Parshotam Kumar Phonsa.
Official sources said that the Government today accorded sanction to the appointment of Kishore Kumar, Incharge Superintending Engineer, PW(R&B), Circle Udhampur-Reasi as Inquiry Officer to inquire into the allegations leveled against the then, SE, R&B Jammu-Kathua Circle, Sat Paul Manhas, Suman Bhaskar Mansotra, the then Executive Engineer PW(R&B) and Parshotam Kumar Phonsa, the then Executive Engineer.
Vinod Kumar, I/C Executive Engineer, PW(R&B) Kathua shall be the Presiding Officer, for the initiation of regular departmental action. The Inquiry Officer shall submit report within one month to the Principal Secretary, PW(R&B) department, the sources added.
