Govt orders enquiry against Project Manager JKEDI

JAMMU, July 14: Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered enquiry into the allegations levelled against the Project Manager of Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI).
As per an order issued in this regard, Mahmood Ahmed Shah, Director Handicrafts and Handloom Kashmir, presently holding the charge of the post of Director Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, has been appointed as the inquiry officer to conduct an in-depth enquiry into the allegations levelled against Riyaz Ahmed Khan, Project Manager, JKEDI.
“The Inquiry Officer shall submit the inquiry report along with specific recommendations to the Administrative Department within a period of 15 days from the date of issuance of the order n July 11, 2023,” the order read.
