JAMMU, Aug 18: The State Government has directed for holding official meetings through video conference and avoid calling officers to the Civil Secretariat for attending the same.
According to a circular, issued in this regard, all the Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Department have been enjoined upon to avoid calling officers/official for meeting unless absolutely necessary; and ensure that, as far as possible, meetings/interactions are held via video conference.
