Govt issues June roster for Ministers, Admn Secys

JAMMU, May 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has issued the roster of Ministers and Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at Civil Secretariat Jammu during the month of June 2026.

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department, Satish Sharma, Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science & Technology, Youth Services & Sports and ARI & Trainings Department, will remain available at Civil Secretariat Jammu from June 1 to 5.
The order further said that Javed Ahmed Rana, Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs Departments, has been assigned the duty from June 8 to 12 while Sakeena Masood (Itoo), Minister for Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare Departments, shall remain available at the Jammu Secretariat from June 15 to 29.
Meanwhile, Surinder Kumar Choudhary, the Deputy Chief Minister, will remain available at the Jammu Secretariat from June 22 to 30.
Another GAD order said that Anil Kumar Singh, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works (R&B) Department, and Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department, will remain available at Civil Secretariat Jammu from June 1 to June 5.
From June 8 to June 12, Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, and Babila Rakwal, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, have been rostered for duty at the Secretariat.
Similarly, Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, along with Zubair Ahmad, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, will remain available from June 15 to June 19.
For the period from June 22 to June 26, M Raju, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, and Avny Lavasa, Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, have been assigned duty at Civil Secretariat Jammu.
