NEW DELHI, Nov 23: A project aimed at maintaining data of all children availing rehabilitation services under the Integrated Child Protection Scheme is being implemented by the government, Women and Child Development minister Krishna Tirath today said.
“The Ministry of Women and Child Development has begun implementation of a project, ‘Track Child’, in the country including Naxal-hit areas, which is aimed at maintaining real time data of all children availing rehabilitation services under Integrated Child Protection Scheme,” she said in response to a question in Lok Sabha.
She said the software also provides for setting up a national portal containing identification details of children availing rehabilitation as well as children reported missing. (PTI)
