Srinagar, July 25 : The Government today constituted a committee headed by Principal Secretary, General Administration Department Manoj Dwivedi to examine the transfer related issue of reserved category employees of Jammu Division, appointed in Kashmir.
The members of committee include Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Commissioner/Secretary Social Welfare Department, Divisional Commissioner and Secretary to the Government, ARI & Trainings Department besides Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs.
“The Committee shall examine all transfer related issues of these employees and policy thereof, besides other resultant aspects of cadre management,” read a Government order.
The six-member committee has been asked to submit its report to the Government in a “time bound manner.”
