JAMMU, Jan 19: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today ordered constitution of a Contract Committee for sanctioning contracts for execution of the project ‘Construction of New High Court complex at Raki-i-Gund Aksha Bemina, Srinagar.
Achal Sethi, Administrative Secretary of the Law Department is Chairman of the committee, which shall be comprising representative from Finance Department (not below the rank of Special Secretary); Sami Arif Yesvi, Development Commissioner, PW(R&B) Department; Rafiq Ahmad Rafiq (Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, Kashmir; Mohd Hanief Lone, Chief Engineer of Inspection, Quality Control and Design; Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department (MED); Ashok Kumar Singh, Director Finance, Law Department; representative from Industries & Commerce Department and Mohd Afzal, Assistant Director Planning, Law Department.
