JAMMU, Dec 9: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) today said that Omar led Coalition Government has failed to come up to expectations of the people.
Addressing party workers in Nagrota Assembly segment, senior leader and Coordinator for Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary constituency, Abdul Hamid Choudhary said that due to widening of gap between people and the present Government, executives and legislatures were not able to assess problems being faced by people in remote areas of the State.
“Works in cities and villages are being carried out on pick and choose basis and not on the demand of people, which has sent a wrong precedence and common people, because of their inaccessibility to corridors of powers, were suffering a lot”, Choudhary said.
The PDP leader said due to deteriorating power supply scenario coupled with poor healthcare system and collapsed education scenario, development was not taking place on desired lines.
The Government could not best utilize five years of its rule and has failed to come up to expectations of people, he added.
