JAMMU, July 31: In view of the standing Government instructions, all Government Departments are impressed upon not to use incandescent lamps in the offices.
They are advised to use energy savers like LEDs and CFLs only in order to restrict the load for helping the PDD to provide better quality power to the consumers.
