JAMMU, Apr 22: The Government has deployed 4 Administrative Secretaries, who will remain stationed at Civil Secretariat Srinagar from May 4 onwards.
According to the order, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, Principal Secretary, School Education Department holding additional charge of Principal Secretary Transport Department will be overall incharge of Civil Secretariat Srinagar in addition to his regular work as Principal Secretary School Education Department and Transport Department and will monitor permitted development/construction activities in Budgam, Anantnag and Kulgam.
Sarmad Hafiz, Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department will supervise and coordinate Estates related issues of the Secretariat in addition to his regular work as Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department and will also monitor permitted development, construction activities in Srinagar and Ganderbal.
Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, Commissioner Secretary Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens will supervise and coordinate health related issues of employees in addition to his regular work as Commissioner Secretary Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens and will monitor permitted development/construction activities in Bandipora and Kupwara.
Zubair Ahmad, Secretary, Department of Culture, holding additional charge of Secretary Tourism will supervise and coordinate the attendance and transport of employees of the Secretariat in addition to his regular work as Secretary Department of Culture and Tourism and will also monitor permitted development/construction activities in Baramulla, Shopian and Pulwama.
