JAMMU, Feb 13: The Government today constituted a Divisional Level Committee to monitor the progress of land acquisition/ requisition cases by the Army.
An order to this regard was issued by Home Department here today.
The Committee will be headed by Divisional Commissioner Jammu as its chairman and all the respective Deputy Commissioners of the Division will be its members. Besides concerned defense Estate officers, representatives of Army to be nominated by Northern and Western Command will be its members.
