JAMMU, Oct 27: For the successful conduction of 5th phase of Back to Village Programme (B2V5) in Jammu and Kashmir UT, Government constituted a committee here today.
An order in this regard was today issued by Commissioner Secretary to J&K Government, Sanjeev Verma.
As per the order issued, Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, will be the Chairman of the Committee, while Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Department and Panchayati Raj, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Information/ Information Technology Department, Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, Deputy Commissioner Ramban and Additional Secretary to the government, (Administration), General Administration Department will be the members of this committee.
The mandate of reference of the committee should be to finalise the schedule of the programme, design content of the programme, decide upon the exact information to be collected at the panchayat level.
To decide the activities to be undertaken during the programme, allocation of the officers of Panchayats and to decide the instructions or orders to be issued in connection with the programmes.
