JAMMU, Jan 17: In view of the deputation of several police officers to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, National Police Academy, Hyderabad for undergoing 45th IPS induction training course, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional charges to 16 police officers.
As per an order Abhishek Mahajan, AIG (Welfare) PHQ shall hold the additional charge of the post of AIG (Crime & Complaints) PHQ, Mumtaz Ahmed, CO Border Battalion Jammu, shall hold additional charge of SSP Security Civil Secretariat, Tahir Sajad Bhat, CO JKAP 8th Battalion, shall hold the additional charge of CO Women Battalion Jammu, Kulbir Singh, CO IR-18th Battalion, shall hold the additional charge of CO IR-15th Battalion Jammu, Ashok Kumar Sharma, CO JKAP-4th Battalion (Security), shall hold the additional charge of Director SSF J&K, and Randhir Singh, SP (SS) CID Headquarters, shall hold the additional charge of SSP CID Headquarters J&K.
The order further stated that Manzoor Ahmad Mir, SO to ADGP Security J&K, shall hold the additional charge of SSP Security, J&K, Javid Iqbal, CO IR-17 Battalion, shall hold the additional charge of CO IR-10th Battalion, Mohammad Zaid, CO JKAP-11th Battalion (Security), shall hold the additional charge of CO JKAP-13th Battalion, Ramesh Chander Kotwal, CO IR-Ist Battalion, shall hold the additional charge of CO IR-24th Battalion, Abrar Ahmad Choudhary, CO IR-12th Battalion, shall hold the additional charge of CO IR-19th Battalion, Vinay Kumar, SP Traffic, Rural Jammu, shall hold the charge of SO to IGP Traffic, J&K, Sukhdev Raj, CO IR-7th Battalion, shall hold the additional charge of CO IR-14th Battalion, Dushant Sharma, Vice-Principal, PTTI, Vijaypur, shall hold the additional charge of Principal, PTTI Vijaypur, Mohan Lal Kaith, SP Railways, Jammu, shall hold the additional charge of SSP Railways, Katra, and Mamta Sharma, Additional SP Security Jammu, shall hold the additional charge of SSP Security (VIP) Tech, J&K.
