Exhorting partymen to work hard to accomplish its mission +44 in J&K on the pattern of party’s recent Mission 272+ in Lok Sabha elections, Mr Lal said Party High Command will fully back the State leadership in this regard as this is an important election for BJP also.

Maintaining that Party High Command has taken this election seriously, he said Narendra Modi and party chief, Raj Nath Singh have already announced that every Assembly segment will be visited by party senior leaders and Union Ministers and Ministers of BJP run states from next month to take party’s message to every nook and corner.
Paying rich tributes to founder of Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS) Dr Shyama Parasad Mookerjee, he said the late leader laid down his life in J&K for national unity integration and best tribute to him would be if we attain the 44+ Mission and form the next Government in the State. In this regard, he said that party has not only to go for tactical voting in the State but also for selection of tactical candidates with focus on 44+ Mission, he added.
Earlier addressing the meet party national general secretary, J P Nadda stressed on booth management. He said Central BJP leadership is fully behind the State leadership in attaining Mission 44+ but in this regard total booth management is needed.

Seh Prabhari of the party, R P Singh said that BJP has selected 58 constituencies in the State where it will lay more focus to accomplish its mission and special attention will be paid to the State during the Budget session including announcement of enhancement of emoluments for SPOs etc.
He said some independent groups are approaching the party and a tactical strategy will be adopted to win the elections in the State.
Earlier party adopted a resolution in which it said that the BJP’s massive victory in J&K could be legitimately construed as a vindication of stand of Dr Shyama Parasad Mookerjee who laid down his life in the State on this day in 1953.
The resolution took the Kashmir centric parties like ruling NC and main opposition PDP to task for not appreciating the nature of the national mandate. Instead they continue to remain involved in politics of competitive communalism and secessionism in their desperate bid to consolidate their respective constituencies and expand their support base in Kashmir.
The resolution accused NC of unleashing a relentless hate and break India machinations in Kashmir and started treading a dangerous path that accords legitimacy to the Pakistan and anti India machinations in Kashmir, as also the devisive and secretarian politics being indulged by separatists of all varieties in the Valley.
The resolution took serious exception to NC threatening that Kashmir will not remain part of India in case any attempt was made to bridge the Constitutional gulf between State and New Delhi. The resolution alleged that NC was painting New Delhi as black and its objective is to give religious colour to everything in Kashmir and win maximum number of Assembly seats so that it can misrule the State, exploit the people, fleece India and play negative politics in Kashmir.
The resolution said that PDP has also unleashed a relentless misinformation campaign in Valley and has been advocating a line that empowers the aggressor Pakistan to share sovereignty with India in J&K.
Maintaining that victory of BJP in the State was national requirement. The resolution while highlighting the problems of West Pak, PoJK refugees and other people of three regions showed its commitment in redressing the same.
The resolution also said that the Kashmiri leadership was creating hurdles in the way of return of Pandits to Valley.
The resolution was moved by Prof Hari Om and it was seconded by BJP legislative Party leader Ashok Khajuria and general secretary Kavinder Gupta.
The BJP leaders who addressed the meeting included party president and MP Jugal Kishore Sharma, Ashok Khajuria, ex presidents, Dr Nirmal Singh and Shamsher Singh Manhas, party general secretary (Org) Ashok Kaul and Bali Bhagat general secretary.
