Governor’s role important for better coordination between Centre & State: Prez

NEW DELHI: President Ram Nath Kovind on Sunday said the Governor’s role is very important in ensuring better coordination between the Centre and state.

Addressing the concluding session of 50th Governors and Lt Governors conference here at Rashtrapati Bhawan here, he said Governor is the most important link in our federal system.

He also made suggestions to Governors to make their respective Raj Bhavans more interactive and accessible to ordinary people and representatives of different organs of the State. (AGENCIES)
