RAJOURI, Feb 25: To review the security aspects of Rajouri sector in the Jammu region, Corps Commander of the White Knight Corps Lt Gen Navin Sachdeva paid a visit here today.
The visit aimed to assess the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness in the region.
During the visit, Lt Gen Sachdeva interacted with officers and troops.
He emphasized the importance of maintaining high vigilance, operational readiness and proactive security measures to ensure lasting peace and stability in the area.
Acknowledging the dedication and relentless efforts of the troops, the GOC commended their unwavering commitment to counter terrorism operations.
He stressed the need for continued synergy among security forces to neutralize potential threats and safeguard the well-being of the local population.
This visit reaffirms the White Knight Corps’ commitment to enhancing security and fostering a safe environment in Jammu and Kashmir.
The presence of senior officials also served as a significant morale booster for the troops actively engaged in maintaining peace and stability in the region.
Major General Manish Gupta, GOC Counter Insurgency Force (CIF) Romeo, Brigadier B S Sandhu, Commander 13 Sector RR, Colonel Rohit Bharat, Commanding Officer 61 RR and other senior officers, also accompanied the GOC Lt Gen Navin Sachdeva.
