JAMMU, Dec 20: Lt Gen S K Saini, GOC 9 Corps today called on Governor N N Vohra, at Raj Bhavan and briefed him about the security situation in his area of responsibility.
The Governor discussed with Lt Gen Saini issues relating to the continuing Pakistan attempts to infiltrate terrorists across the International Border along Kathua, Samba and Jammu districts and the vital importance of the State Police enforcing heightened surveillance in the entire hinterland on a sustained basis.
