JAMMU, Feb 8: Guru Nanak Public High School (GNPHS), Saini Enclave, Gole Gujral Road, Jammu celebrated its Foundation Day in the school premises here today.
The day meticulously planned by the students and the staff of the school showcased the activities to the parents and the guests followed by ceremonial function.
S Robin Singh Mehta, Ex Additional Commissioner Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion, while Om Prakash Gupta, president of the School Managing Committee was the guest of honour.
Folk dances and the skits on the theme Beti Bachao, Save Water and Illiteracy were the main attractions of the programme.
The show involved most of the students of the school in a spectacular performance enriched with rich music, costume and dance.
The cultural and other allied items enthralled the audience on the occasion.
Finally, Principal of the School presented vote of thanks.
