JAMMU, Sept 4: Pre-budget meeting of GMC & AH, Jammu was held today under the chairpersonship of Principal GMC Dr. Shashi Sudhan Sharma.
The Medical Superintendents presented the detail requirements under plan budget of their respective hospitals for the next year.The Engineers were directed by the Principal to project the requirements under Maintenance head of their respective wings so that the hospital work does not suffer in the coming times.
She further directed the Medical Superintendents of AH to project the demands of their respective hospitals after consultation of the HOD’s of the departments so that they do not face any difficulty in serving the people to the best of their abilities.
It was decided to have another meeting next week before the finalisation of the budget proposal to be projected to the Administrative Department. The meeting was attended by Administrator AH, Medical Superintendents, Accounts Officers, Engineers & Planning Officers.
