DODA, Mar 2: Government Medical College (GMC) Doda accorded a warm farewell to Kuldeep Singh Kotwal (Deputy Director Planning) on his superannuation after rendering 39 years of dedicated service.
During these years, Kotwal worked in different departments and most of his career was related to Social Welfare Department where he worked with full dedication to take the social schemes to the deserving people.
Principal GMC Doda and other faculty members wished the retiring officer happy and prosperous post retirement life.
