Srinagar, Mar 11: The Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar has directed the concerned to reconstitute the Mortality and Morbidity Committee (MMC).
The directives have been issued to all the Clinical Heads of the Department and have been asked to reconstitute the departmental MCC, which, the order said, shall assist the HoD in selecting case files for monthly departmental review of ‘Mortality and Serious Incident Case File Review’.
The same events, the order issued by the Principal, GMC Srinagar, must be discussed and reviewed in the department and a summary submitted to the undersigned every month.
